Why us effect

Not a CV catalogue. No commercial layer between your problem and the people able to solve it.

You don’t need “resources”.You need the right level at the right time.

01 / DIRECT

The people you meet are the people who deliver.

No account manager, no profile swapped at the last minute, no chinese whispers.

02 / ELASTIC

One expert or a squad. Nothing in between by default.

We size the team to the problem: one person when it’s narrow, several when speed matters.

03 / EXIT

We have to be able to leave cleanly.

Documentation, runbooks, pairing, traced decisions: if you depend on us at the end, the work isn’t done.

Choose your problem

We start from the blocker.
Not from staffing.

An app to build, a codebase gone fragile, a team slowed down by its architecture or a native issue nobody wants to touch: the format comes after the diagnosis.

01

Build — from idea to store.

Product and technical scoping, Expo / React Native architecture, design system, backend integrations, native modules when needed, CI/CD, App Store and Google Play, monitoring and handover.

  • 2–4 profiles
  • 8–16 weeks
  • architecture
  • CI/CD
  • stores

A squad that already works together = less friction, more useful decisions, earlier.

02

Rescue — keep what works.

Critical apps, crashes, slowness, unstable releases, prototypes that became products too fast. Short diagnosis, profiling, instrumentation, corrective PRs and a stabilisation plan.

  • 1–3 profiles
  • 5-day diagnosis
  • 4–10 weeks
  • profiling
  • crash

No reflex rewrite. We measure, we prioritise, then we fix in the right place.

03

Scale — when the codebase slows the roadmap.

Monorepo, design system, modularisation, TypeScript migration, Expo and New Architecture, CI/CD, technical governance, mentoring and handover.

  • 2–4 profiles
  • 3–6 months
  • embedded
  • monorepo
  • Expo

Several seniors in your repo, without multiplying architecture styles or conventions.

04

Expert — the issue nobody wants to touch.

Swift / Kotlin, BLE, camera, third-party SDKs, Android performance, lists, cold start, animations, store release, complex debugging, architecture audit or training.

  • 1 profile
  • 2–8 weeks
  • Swift / Kotlin
  • BLE
  • perf

One expert steps in. The other six stay available for peer review and backup.

Selected work

Code.
Our effect.

The most telling missions aren’t the ones with the most people. They’re the ones where a technical decision turns into a measurable product result.

01 / MISTRAL AI · NATIVE PLATFORM

Le Chat2025 · 3 months · 1 profile

Three months on Le Chat mobile during hypergrowth: 322 commits, 14 workstreams. Native file-preview module, inbound and outbound share intent, iOS widgets and an Android tile, design system and a new auth flow.

02 / SEPHORA · MULTI-COUNTRY MONOREPO

Multiple apps.
One codebase.2024–25 · 11 months · 1 profile

One monorepo, three internal apps for Sephora staff across Europe and the Middle East. UI, business rules, API calls and stores are shared; on launch, each country gets its typed settings from the backend. And not just translations: address and date formats, form fields, enabled features, auth settings. All of it working LTR and RTL.

React Native isn’t just our stack.

We maintain, we teach, we organise, we publish. Expertise also shows where there is no client invoice.

FAQ

Before giving us repo access.

The normal questions to ask before letting an external team touch a production app.

Are you an agency or a collective?

A collective of seniors already used to working together. No commercial layer between you and the engineers working in your codebase.

Do you take over an existing React Native app?

Yes. Rescue and scale missions are designed precisely for existing codebases: diagnosis, profiling, prioritisation, fixes and a long-term trajectory.

Do we have to hire the whole team?

No. A mission can be carried by a single expert, a pair or a squad of two to four profiles. The size follows the problem.

Do you also do native Swift and Kotlin?

Yes. Native modules, BLE, camera, third-party SDKs, performance, hardware integrations and platform issues are part of the interventions described on this page.

How does a mission start?

With a 30-minute conversation, then if the context calls for it, a short diagnosis of the repo and the metrics. Scope and format come after.

Can we sign an NDA before sharing the repo?

Yes. If your context requires it, sensitive material can be shared after an NDA.
