Your data,
plainly.

Who we are
useffect.sh is a collective of independent React Native engineers based in France. For any question about your data: contact@useffect.sh.
What we collect
When you book a call: your first and last name, your email, your company if you give it, the topic of the call and the context you write. Nothing else, and only what you type yourself.
Why
Only to organise the call: send you the confirmation link, create the invitation and let the senior prepare. No newsletter, no resale, no automated prospecting. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps).
Where it is processed
Google (Calendar and Meet) for the invitation and the video call; Resend for the confirmation email; Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots off the form; Vercel to host the site and for anonymous, cookieless analytics. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards the GDPR provides.
How long
The invitation stays in our calendars while it is useful to our exchange, and at most three years after our last contact. An unconfirmed request is stored nowhere: the link expires after 30 minutes.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@useffect.sh. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookie. Cloudflare’s anti-bot check may use technical data strictly needed for it to work.
