Context

Sephora equips its teams in 21 countries across Europe and the Middle East with internal apps. Every country has its own rules: address and date formats, form fields, enabled features, auth settings, and languages that read right to left.

The challenge

Avoid a fork per country: one codebase has to serve every variant without duplicating the UI or the business rules.
